Diane Godwin-Heidt

Diane provides professional development to individuals and/or organisations throughout Australia. She has vast experience in the retail environment and the corporate business world. Before establishing T.I.M.E. Pty Ltd in 2007 and her own Training and Development Company, Godwin & Associates in 2000, Diane led the Australian Retailers Association’s training division as Director of Business and Training Services (SA).

Diane is an accredited facilitator with over 25 years in the Training and Development arena and is highly regarded in the professional development of an organisation’s most valuable resource – its people.

With the view that “It’s not what happens to you….it’s what you do with it that counts,” she believes that with professional development, good people can be made great! She has worked with many organisations to improve individual and corporate skills whereby productivity and profitability is maximised. Diane is passionate about working with individuals who don’t believe in themselves and works well with this client group to assist in self-esteem, self-belief and working with them to secure positions that will suit their skill sets and personality. She is equally passionate about working with corporate clients to assist them in the selection of suitable individuals. John Heidt

John provides support to Business throughout Australia primarily within Retailing, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Tourism, Building, Transport, Government and Education Industries.

John is a Human Resource practitioner of 25 years standing and has developed a reputation within the business community as an efficient business analyst capable of exploring opportunities for business growth and prosperity.

Living to the philosophy of “There is no such thing as a problem, only a challenge”, John has successfully consulted with a diverse range of businesses improving productivity and profitability through the development of management and employees.

Over the past fifteen years John has worked closely with large organisations to assist them in profiling their work-force and business management structures to identify management efficiencies and opportunities for strategic development. As a qualified auditor, John has assisted the Pharmacy Industry throughout Australia in establishing performance benchmarks under the Quality Care framework endorsed by the Federal Government and Pharmaceutical Industry. Additionally, as a corporate analyst and strategist, John has assisted the grain bulk handling industry in establishing benchmark performance requirements in the storage, transport and distribution of grain and other food related commodities to both the local, interstate and international markets.
