At Time Education & Training we work with you to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcomes for your staff and business. The following model illustrates how we will make the process as easy as possible for you and work with you every step of the way from your initial enquiry through to post program support.

Step 1 - Initial enquiry

We will respond quickly to your enquiry. We will ask you questions about why you are interested in training for your staff, your specific needs , the needs of your staff and the outcomes you want to achieve.

Step 2 - Discovery

When you are ready to progress we will spend the time necessary to fully understand your needs. We can assist you with understanding funding availability and other potential training benefits. We can undertake a training needs analysis to further understand your needs.

Step 3 - Proposal

When we fully understand your needs we will develop a detailed quotation or proposal. This may include a range of customisations to ensure the learning is meaningful and beneficial to your business.

Step 4 - Design & delivery

Our implementation team will continue the consultation through the design phase.

Throughout the delivery you will have regular contact from your relationship manager who will personally ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 5 - Post program support

We will help you with managing your reporting obligations (where funded) and will meet with you to ensure you and your staff are happy with the results. We will also assist you to measure how the training has improved your business and work culture as needed.
