Our History

Becoming a Registered Training Organisation in 1998 (H.R.D. – Heidt Resource Development) provided us with the opportunity to establish and provide quality training, assessment and consultancy services to a market that demanded the support of consultants with practical and business focused solutions to workplace issues.

In 2000 H.R.D. Resources entered into a partnership with a well-established corporate training business, Godwin and Associates. Together, John Heidt (H.R.D.) and Diane Godwin (Godwin & Associates) further developed the business, extending the scope of registration, building on the local client base and branching into interstate developments.

As an established national provider, the RTO Name was changed in 2004 to better reflect the vision and direction of the business. Training, Innovation, Management and Enterprise Pty Ltd (T.I.M.E. Pty Ltd) grew from strength to strength, establishing Queensland and Western Australian offices and securing contracts in most mainland states.

By 2013 T.I.M.E. Pty Ltd had become one of the largest privately owned RTO’s in the state and had become well known as a highly reputable Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector consultancy and provider of industry practitioner qualification training. Having outgrown our Marleston training centre we leased an additional office space and training venues.

After an extensive fit out process we moved to our new training premises in Mile End in May 2014. With customised facilities, multiple training rooms and state of the art equipment we offer clients the choice of a high quality training venue or on site delivery at their premises.

In 2015 we changed our business name from T.I.M.E Pty Ltd to Time Education & Training Pty Ltd as we continue to write new chapters. Time is recognised by industry as a quality provider of support services to Australian business.
