The BSB20115 Certificate II in Business qualification is designed for individuals who are hands on, practical and covering all of the general office tasks from reception and customer service through to basic spreadsheet and word processing operations. These skills will teach you the basics of working in a business environment. This qualification is ideal for entry level/junior roles.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB10115 Certificate I in Business or other relevant qualification/s or
Vocational experience assisting in a range of work settings without a formal business qualification.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake BSB30115 Certificate III in Business.

Qualification Requirements

The BSB20115 Certificate II in Business comprises of 12 units packaged as one (1) core units PLUS eleven (11) elective units.
