The BSB30115 Certificate III in Business qualification is designed for individuals looking to develop office skills from a junior/entry level role and build the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective office team member. Working with our Mentors /Facilitators you can further enhance your technical skills in document production and broaden your knowledge in general office procedures and operational systems such as complaint handling, continuous improvement, operational plans and information, knowledge and learning systems.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB20115 Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification/s or
Vocational experience assisting in a range of work settings without a formal business qualification.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business or a range of other Certificate IV qualifications.

Available under a Contract of Training.

Qualification Requirements

The BSB30115 Certificate III in Business qualification comprises twelve (12) units packaged as one (1) core unit and eleven (11) elective units.
