In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake a BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Engagement.
