The BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business qualification is designed for individuals with prior business or administration experience. Building in your established technical skills you will learn to design and develop complex documents and train and supervise others in the workplace. Elective choices can be used to develop your marketing or customer service skills and knowledge.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB30115 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification/s or
With vocational experience assisting in a range of work settings without a formal business qualification.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake a range of Diploma level qualification within the BSB Business Services Training Package or other Training Packages.

Available under a contract of training.
