The BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration is most suited to students with some prior administrative experience. This qualification is designed to build the skills, knowledge and confidence necessary to provide limited support and guidance to others in administrative roles. Elective units are broad and can include foundation training in project management and implementation of new or enhanced business process, complex document design, research and development skills and team support and coordination skills.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration or other relevant qualification/s or
With vocational experience in providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business administration qualification.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration

Available under a contract of training.

Qualification Requirements

The BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration qualification comprises ten (10) units packaged as ten (10) elective units. This qualification has no core units.
