The BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Engagement is ideal if you want to develop your customer service/sales frontline and team leaders. This program is designed to assist new, inexperienced and potential team leaders to develop the people management and strategic planning skills that are essential to effectively leading a sales/customer service team.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement or other relevant qualification/s or
With vocational experience assisting in a range of work settings without a formal business qualification.

Available under a contract of training.

Qualification Requirements

The BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Contact comprises of thirteen (13) units packaged as three (3) core units PLUS ten (10) elective units.
