The BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration can be used to develop or formalise the skills and knowledge of an administrative leader/manager. With no core (mandatory) units, these management elective units can be applied to a broad range of administrative management roles including customer service, records/information and meetings/conferences. Leadership skills are developed or enhanced through several elective options.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration or other relevant qualification/s or
With extensive vocational experience in a range of environments in senior support roles.
Available under a contract of training.
The BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration comprises of eight (8) units packaged as eight (8) elective units. This qualification has no core units.
