The MSS40316 Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices develops the skills and knowledge to implement competitive systems and practices within a work environment. Covering the skills required to facilitate change in an organisation, seeking to improve efficiency while addressing areas such as supplying operational, production, maintenance, logistics and other technical skills to their organisation.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

MSS20316 Certificate II in Competitive Systems and Practices or
MSS30316 Certificate III in Competitive Systems and Practices or
Current or past work experience where operational or technical skills have already been gained and a supervisory, facilitation or similar level of responsibility exists.
The qualification is not suitable for direct entry from school.

After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake MSS50316 Diploma of Competitive Systems and Practices.

Available under a contract of training, existing worker conditions apply.

Qualification Requirements

To be awarded a Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices, competency must be achieved in twelve (12) units made up of three (3) core unit and nine (9) electives.
