The MSS50316 Diploma of Competitive Systems and Practices focuses on developing the skills and knowledge of managers and supervisors giving them the capability to develop and facilitate competitive systems and practices for an organisation with an aim to holistically improve the culture and implement sustainable work practices.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible career choices relevant to this qualification include:

  • people with operating responsibility for a whole area, site or organisation who are managing the implementation of competitive systems and practices
  • technicians and other specialists providing high-level support and supervision of the implementation of competitive systems and practices across an organisation or site.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

MSS40316 Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices or
Current or past work experience where operational or technical skills have already been gained and a supervisory, facilitation or similar level of responsibility exists.
The qualification is not suitable for direct entry from school.

Available under a contract of training, existing worker conditions apply.

Qualification Requirements

To be awarded a Diploma of Competitive Systems and Practices, competency must be achieved in twenty (20) units made up of three (3) core units and seventeen (17) elective units.
