    The BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources will develop the skills and knowledge to work in a range of support and direct Human Resource Management roles. Knowledge and skills gained will include current industrial relations processes and employment rules and regulations. Combined with practical training in HR functions, including recruitment and selection processes, graduates will be able to apply skills to a range of functions or provide broad HR assistance in small businesses.     The BSB50615 Diploma of Human Resource Management should be considered the minimal requirements to effectively hold a HR Management role. Beyond the practical application and processes, support skills gained through a Certificate IV program, this Diploma program develops the management skills necessary to set up, review or enhance an existing workforce management system. In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator.
