The BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources will develop the skills and knowledge to work in a range of support and direct Human Resource Management roles. Knowledge and skills gained will include current industrial relations processes and employment rules and regulations. Combined with practical training in HR functions, including recruitment and selection processes, graduates will be able to apply skills to a range of functions or provide broad HR assistance in small businesses.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

Course Information

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB30115 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification/s or
with relevant vocational experience.

Available under a contract of training.

Qualification Requirements

To achieve a Certificate IV in Human Resources a total of ten (10) units must be completed made up of six (6) core units and four (4) elective units.
