The BSB50618 Diploma of Human Resource Management should be considered the minimal requirements to effectively hold a HR Management role. Beyond the practical application and processes, support skills gained through a Certificate IV program, this Diploma program develops the management skills necessary to set up, review or enhance an existing workforce management system.
In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator. Some classroom based or work placement commitments may be required.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. The preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources or other relevant qualification/s or
With vocational experience in human resources management, but without formal qualifications.

Qualification Requirements

To be awarded the BSB50618 Diploma of Human Resources Management competency must be achieved in nice (9) units made up of six (6) core units and three (3) elective units.
