• Certificate I in Retail Services

    The SIR10116 Certificate I in Retail Services qualification has been designed as a pre-employment qualification. It applies to those who wish to develop the foundation skills and knowledge to work in the retail industry. Comprising only 5 units this qualification is designed to prepare juniors/school students with the necessary basic retail skills to perform straight-forward, basic retail tasks. In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator.   • Certificate II in Retail Services

    The SIR20216 Certificate II in Retail Services is most suited to school leavers entering into the retail industry and provides all of the key foundation skills for retail services including POS (Point of Sale) service and offers several elective streams including retail administration, food safety, stock control and basic financial duties. In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator.   • Certificate III in Retail

    The SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail is utilised by many of our retail clients as a "skills builder" program to develop a broadly capable retail operations worker or frontline supervisor. Students must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a retail setting. Prior experience can include general customer service and point of sale (POS) operations, such as cash register and/or barcode scanner use/EFTPOS operations or similar. In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator.   • Certificate IV in Retail Management

    The SIR40316 Certificate IV in Retail Management is designed to develop retail management skills and knowledge. Students wishing to undertake this qualification must be able to demonstrate prior retail supervision experience. People management skills development is core to this qualification and candidates can select a range of electives that can develop your client relationship management skills, in shop or e-business marketing, general business management and human resource management. Employers wishing to develop high achieving supervisors into capable managers should consider this program.   • Diploma of Retail Leadership

    The SIR50116 Diploma of Retail Leadership is available only to persons with current or recent retail management experience. Whilst this may be a suitable next step for Certificate IV graduates, candidates who have experience without prior qualifications are also eligible. If you already demonstrate management and leadership skills you may wish to consider undertaking a RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment in order to reduce or remove the need for class based training. Elective options provide a range of specialisations. In the event there is no public program commencing, this qualification can be delivered via Distance Education with support from a Facilitator.
