Trainer and
Assessor Program

The success of an organisation relies on the capability and skills of its workforce. This is particularly imperative for those who are required to train and determine competency of other people within the workplace.

The ability to effectively train others within an organisation, and to be able to determine if they meet the required standards takes specific knowledge and skills. It’s not something that is best left to chance.

For this reason, Time Education & Training has developed the following programs that will assist your staff to provide impactful training and quality assessing.

Trainer and Assessor Program (accredited)

Choosing an accredited option can assist an organisation in meeting their own compliance and regulatory requirements. In addition, the learners are awarded a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment from within the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

In this program participants will undertake two units of competency from the Australian VET system.

Trainer and Assessor Program (non-accredited)

Some organisations prefer to have their staff undertake non-accredited training. This can allow for further flexibility in the delivery of the program.

Both of these programs have been designed to allow for customisation, utilising your policies, procedures, documentation and real case scenarios to maximise the benefits to the participants and to the organisation.
