
Introducing Anthony Penta
Anthony has an extensive background in customer service roles across multiple industries including retail, hospitality and contact centres, including for large and government organisations. He also spent time as a Quality Assurance Officer in the area of customer service and compliance in relation to procedures and practices. He’s also been a volunteer radio news presenter.
Joining Time Education & Training in 2024 as our Director of First Impressions – Reception, he is the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the first friendly face you see when you call or come to visit.
His role includes customer service, reception, greeting clients, setting up learning centres, coordinating catering, developing attendance registers and general office administration. He also makes sure our facilities always look beautifully presented.
Anthony’s qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Journalism (Uni SA)
