Mentoring within an organisation is a valuable tool in discovering, recognising, promoting and realising talent with a view to growing staff and leaders. Utilising mentoring practices within a workplace is a great way to harness and retain an organisation’s most valuable resource; its people. For this reason, Time Education & Training has developed the following mentoring programs that will assist your staff to provide mentoring to others within their workplace.
Mentor in the Workplace (accredited)
Choosing an accredited option can assist an organisation in meeting their own compliance and regulatory requirements. In addition, the learners are awarded a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment from within the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.
In this mentoring program participants will undertake one unit of competency from the Australian VET system.
Mentoring in the Workplace (non-accredited)
Some organisations prefer to have their staff undertake non-accredited training. This can allow for further flexibility in the delivery of the program.
Both of these programs have been designed to allow for customisation, utilising your policies, procedures, documentation and real case scenarios to maximise the benefits to the participants and to the organisation.
