Undertaking Projects Program

Being tasked with delivering small projects, or being a part of larger projects, requires a unique set of skills and knowledge. For a project to be delivered successfully those who are involved need to have an appreciation of the fundamental aspects that make up a project and then know how to pull them together so that the project objectives and deliverables are met. For this reason, Time Education & Training has developed the following programs that will assist your staff to undertake project works within their workplace.

Undertake Project Work (accredited)

Choosing an accredited option can assist an organisation in meeting their own compliance and regulatory requirements. In addition, the learners are awarded a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment from within the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

In this program participants will undertake one unit of competency from the Australian VET system.

Undertaking Projects (non-accredited)

Some organisations prefer to have their staff undertake non-accredited training. This can allow for further flexibility in the delivery of the program.

Both of these programs have been designed to allow for customisation, utilising your policies, procedures, documentation and real case scenarios to maximise the benefits to the participants and to the organisation.
