Introducing Adam Metz
Adam is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst and Specialist Facilitator in both TAE (Training and Education) and BSB (Business Services) training packages.
With a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, along with qualifications in Leadership and Management, Adam brings deep expertise in adult learning and workplace education. He’s also currently undertaking a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in the retail and business management sector, where he:
- Managed and led store openings
- Managed special projects across industry sectors
- Recruited and trained teams
- Worked across multiple areas – including Logistics, Warehousing, Human Resource Management and Work Health and Safety.
This hands-on industry knowledge now informs his work in vocational education and compliance, with a focus on Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) support and RTO standards. Passionate about learning that “makes a difference”, Adam is committed to quality outcomes for learners and organisations alike.

Adam’s personal interests include:
- Volunteering with Scouts SA
- Playing inline hockey
- Watching spreadsheet competitions (yes, that’s a thing!)
