Introducing Diane Godwin-Heidt
Diane provides professional development to individuals and/or organisations throughout Australia. She has vast experience in the retail environment and the corporate business world. Before establishing T.I.M.E. Pty Ltd in 2007 and her own Training and Development Company, Godwin & Associates in 2000, Diane led the Australian Retailers Association’s training division as Director of Business and Training Services (SA).
Diane is an accredited facilitator with over thirty years in Training and Development, and is highly regarded in the professional development of an organisation’s most valuable resource – its people. She is also a qualified auditor having been a community pharmacy QCPP (Quality Care Pharmacy Program) auditor for eleven years. She holds qualifications in Human Resources / Retail / TAE Certificate IV and Diploma in VET and Design.
With the view that “It’s not what happens to you….it’s what you do with it that counts,” she believes that with professional development, good people can be made great. She has worked with many organisations to improve individual and corporate skills, assisting them to maximise their productivity and profitability.
Diane is passionate about working with individuals who don’t believe in themselves and works well with this client group to assist in self-esteem, self-belief and working with them to secure positions that will suit their skill sets and personality. She is equally passionate about working with corporate clients to assist them in the professional development of individuals and teams.
Working in a healthy team environment is important to Diane. As a CEO she believes that individuals who work in the business work with management, not for management. All team members working with Time Education & Training are highly valued and the organisation is based on mutual respect, family values and the healthy exchange of new and innovative ideas.
