Introducing Julie Finn
Julie commenced with Time Education & Training in 2010 in the Quality and Compliance Department after spending over six years working in the Vocational Education and Training industry.
Since joining Time Education & Training, Julie has worked in the area of quality and compliance. Her skills and knowledge have continued to grow and develop leading to her becoming the Coordinator of Quality and Support Services (QASS).
Her responsibilities include:
- Student Management Systems
- Record keeping using the VETtrak system
- Workready claims and acquittals
- AVETMISS Reporting
- Recording visits, attendance and resulting
- Awarding and printing certificates and statements
- Reports, setting up programs, classes and occurrences
Julie’s qualifications include:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50111)
- Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE50211)
Julie’s personal interests include:
- Reading and watching murder mysteries
- Is a Wood Badged Scout Leader, and trains other Scout Leader’s in preparation to taking on the challenge of looking after and training today’s youth.
- Loves animals, in particular dogs
- Enjoys watching sports (rugby in particular)
