Introducing Natalya Gorpynyak
Starting a new life as a migrant from Ukraine in 1999 in a new country, Natalya had to overcome some life challenges and completely transform her career. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, she had established a successful path that includes various senior educator roles before ultimately transitioning into training and assessment.
Natalya’s journey began as an Educator in 2012 across multiple centres, and further expanded her expertise as a senior educator in various settings. After completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2021, she stepped into the role of trainer and assessor. As a facilitator, she delivered training programs through a variety of engaging methods, including online and face-to-face formats. Natalya focuses on creating an enjoyable learning experience and adapting programs to accommodate diverse learning styles and adult principles while ensuring compliance with sector expectations and RTO standards.
Natalya values the opportunity to learn from each person she meets and is very proud to be part of each individual’s journey in achieving their goals during their studies.
In her role with Time Education & Training Natalya is proud to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure high-quality training outcomes for learners in the children’s services sector, thereby applying best practices in aligning with profession standards.
As a person who constantly strives to learn more, Natalya continues to equip herself with the latest skills and knowledge through professional development and studies. Having recently completed a Diploma in Vocational Education and Training this has allowed her to expand her knowledge and skills as a facilitator. Drawing on her background in information technology she’s able to combine these skills with the designing of digital learning resources.
