Introducing Ramesh Rajaram
Ramesh’s career began in high-end electronic manufacturing, starting as a Supervisor on the shopfloor, later becoming the Operations Manager in charge of production, warehousing, logistics and security.
His career then took him to Australia where he became the Production Executive for a regional food production company.
Ramesh and his wife then created their own cleaning business before selling it to move into the Vocational Education and Training sector. Having had a background in leading and mentoring staff, he was keen to move into developing others and chose to undertake the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Joining Time Education & Training in 2019, he began his VET journey in quality and compliance before moving into a Facilitator role. Here his passion for developing people truly ignited. Ramesh’s excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals and stakeholders from all levels and backgrounds allow him to build productive relationships and assist students to reach their goals. His ability to speak three languages (English, Malay and Tamil) also help him to interact with people from different cultures and countries.
With a constant smile and an ability to integrate humour and heart into his training, Ramesh is much loved by students, clients and the team.
Ramesh has been married for twenty-nine years and has two adult children and a four-year-old labradoodle.
Ramesh’s qualifications include:
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) (University of Portsmouth)
- Certified IRCA QMS Auditor
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
Ramesh’s personal interests include:
