Introducing Richard Noronha
Richard is a passionate, highly skilled and experienced facilitator with an innate ability to assist individuals and teams realise and achieve their full potential. His approach to training is interactive, engaging, high-impact and he uses a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate learning and growth.
While completing his university degree, Richard began to explore the realms of the business world by engaging in various marketing and sales projects for multinational corporations. These experiences honed his sales and marketing capabilities and proved invaluable when he forayed into the retail industry as a management trainee.
After completing a two-year stint, he decided to venture into international business with a retail and distribution conglomerate in Dubai. Richard was soon exposed to global businesses and travelled extensively within Europe and the Middle East. These journeys ignited his passion for training and he was instrumental in creating several training programs for his sales, retail and distribution teams. During the 19 years of his tenure, Richard received multiple promotions and as Sale Director, he consistently achieved double digit growth for his department and exponentially grew its sales and retail network. With his strong background and experience in business and management, he then ventured into the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector and began training and mentoring international students for two years in Melbourne, Victoria, before moving to Adelaide.
